Kelly Lynn Spencer is an anointed speaker, award winning writer,
prophetic composer and an ordained minister. In 2005, she
launched Kelly L. Spencer Ministries Inc., which is the parent
company of Rivers of Living Water Ministries (books, ministry
items etc.); KLS Music World (prophetic songs and lyrics) and
Rivers of Living Water Center (multi-purpose community center.)
She has been featured on TBN Praise the Lord Broadcast and on
Daystar (formerly known as Houston’s KLTJ Channel 22 TV
Station). The call of God came for her preach the Gospel in 1991.
Kelly received a Diploma in Ministry Development from Light
Christian Institute of Ministry, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology
from Calvary Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Christian
Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology from Cornerstone
University.
In 2007, upon receiving the mandate from God, she hosted two Phenomenal Woman
Crusades and a three day Phenomenal Woman Conference. She also publishes the
Phenomenal Woman Newsletter. This electronic newsletter is distributed to emails across
the country. This newsletter has articles that are geared toward helping women improve
their relationship with God, themselves and others. It also features phenomenal women who
have triumphed over tragedies and are helping women in their sphere of influence to be all
that God would have them to be.
After being set free from the bondage of sexual sin, Kelly’s passion to teach others how to
break free began. Since 1999, she has been teaching Vow of Chastity classes. These life-
changing classes are designed to provide teenagers with biblical insight on the subject of sex,
God’s Word and their purpose in life. Her book “Sisterella at the Well: What Happens
When a Woman’s Well Runs Dry” talks very candidly about how singles can be delivered
from the bondage of sex and walk in victory. It features other areas in women’s lives that
can be painful, frustrating and devastating such as divorce, sickness, and insecurity.
When asked what is her ministerial purpose Kelly will always tell you, “God has
commissioned me to empower youth and singles (particularly women) who have
experienced pain, rejection, and abuse through the practical teaching of God’s Word.
Prayerfully, this teaching will guide them to their God-given purpose and destiny in life and
ultimately reach healing and deliverance so that they can minister the same healing and
deliverance to others that they may come in contact with.”
